Firm leverages Salesforce for advisor platform, back office system
SCF launched Monday its new cloud-based technology system, Kimberlite, built on the framework of the world’s number one CRM solution — Salesforce.
Kimberlite empowers the firm’s financial advisors to maintain their entire financial practice — interacting with home office staff, monitoring real-time commission information, and submitting new business, compliance items, and account service requests — all within a single platform.

The broker-dealer partnered with Sycamore Company, a New York-based software firm specializing in financial services, to develop the Salesforce-driven platform. As such, Kimberlite allows advisors to leverage industry-leading CRM tools inside their own day-to-day operations — at no additional cost.
